In Febrary, 2021, visited the All You Can Books web site looking for an audiobook on CD. They listed the book, so went through the web pages to order it only to find out at the end that the site is download only. Left the web site, since there was no cancel order option, without completing the process.

Charges started showing up on the credit card in March and continued into July when the charges were discovered. A total of five charges were made.

Contact with All You Can Books resulted in cancellation of the errant subscription, but no refund of the fraudulent charges.

Note that nothing was ever downloaded, nor was the service used for anything, ever!

 Oh, I see, that was YOUR CARD, right? That means YOU are responsible for that account and especially if something goes wrong such as a fraudulent charge, correct? You come here, proclaiming to the world, you didn’t we’ve spend one second for FOUR MONTHS, to check YOUR ACCOUNT to see if everything on the statement is legitimate.

Not only that, it doesn’t even faze you to admit YOU DON’T EVEN CHECK YOUR OWN ACCOUNT as if that’s the normal way to manage YOUR account which YOU are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for! I will just about bet money that if you have a checking account, you don’t keep written records nor an on-going running balance so you know how much you can spend and you have probably NEVER balanced that account!

What an incredible lack of COMMON SENSE! Guess what Einstein, if YOU would have checked your card account regularly YOU would have caught the VERY FIRST improper charge, if so deemed! You come here to get sympathy for this? Why not WISE UP and learn how to manage your finances so this NEVER happens again???
