*Consumer Comment: When you called
I had my battery drain, so I needed a boost so I called Donny Bell's Towing to get them out to boost me off after about 30 minutes and 3 phone calls from a lost mechanic he showed up. It took about 5 minutes to hook up cables a crank my truck, He then tells me it will be $150, I have never been charged that much for so little time, I should have charged him for having to give directions for where i was at. I was thinking maybe $50 top but this place just plain ripped me off

Reason for chsrge

Ok, let me explain this call. This guy called and said his Semi/big truck needed a jumpstart.
I told him it would be no problem, I would get someone right out.
He stated he was on Lee Highway, which is in Chattanooga, TN. We went to his location and he wasn't there, so we called him back, he told us again and this went on for 3 different telephone conversations. Come to find out, he was in a completely different town, which was 8-9 miles from where he said he was located. The whole issue was he had no idea where he was, and trying to find him, tied up our driver, so that's how the charge came about.

When you called, did you ever discuss about the charge? It seems that this type of service ignores any difficulty occurring along the process as long as the job is done. Yes, it is frustrated, but it would be legit if you did not discuss about the charge before you get someone out to you.
