Dream Finders RV Charged $750 fee and will not refund it

On 2/3/19 we sent John with Dream Finders RV $750 to help us search for an RV. It didn't work out as planned and he informed us from the beginning that if we did not find anything he would refund our money.
On 4/18/19 I requested to cancel our agreement and refund our money. He has said that they are having cash flow problems and will try to send payments. To this date I have not received a single penny from him.

There had been a Misunderstanding and we have been communicating with Zulema to make sure they recieve a full Refund as soon as possible.
