I recently bought a lower fairing for a Kawasaki zx7 from drumhillcycle.com.  This is a fairing that I have searched the whole US for.   They did not have one either.  Although they posted a specific fairing w/ damage that was repairable.  They also were selling this for 100.00 below the going rate if you could find one.  They also charged my bank account 112.00 without any confirmation of them having the part.   I called them and spoke to a person that hated life and they actually hung up on me.  Not a professional company at all.

This customer ordered a fairing from our website www.drumhillcycle.com The shipping dept could not find the fairing because the fairing got damaged somehow and was removed from inventory, but was not removed from our website. Oops! Our fault. We refunded the customers money and sent out an email explaining the situation. The customer call us and was irate that we didn't have the part he needed.

He accused us of stealing his money and advertising parts that we didn't have. After taking a good 5 mins of abuse from this customer I said some words that I could have chosen better and hung up the phone. We have been in business for 31 years and this is the only report on our company.
