DVD Planet Centennial DVD Collection - I ordered this set for christmas. Received order acknowledgement. Also received CE tracking number. Tracked the item through Canada Post. supposedly entered USA in Scarborough, Ontario 12/20. I never received the item and they don't answer email for full refund. Internet

Ordered Centennial CD Collection for $69.00. I received acknowledgment of the order. Then I received CE tracking number. The number tracked that it crossed into USa 12/20 and was to arrive before Christmas. It is now 01/03/08 and nothing has come. I emailed them 3 times. I received no answer. they charged my credit card, but I never received anything.
