E Target Media Advertising with absolutely no results Coconut Creek, Florida

E Target Media offered to send a mailing for my business to 50,000 opt in consumers who have opted in to receive information about theme park vacations.  This service was to cost $500.  I agreed and I designed the email to coincide with a national campaign by a well known and very popular theme park.

E target Media says that they sent the email but there were absolutely no results.  I am a small company and I track hits to my web site.  I can see that no additional hits were received based on the email that E Target Media says that they sent to 50,000 people on my behalf.  I should have seen a noticable uptick in hits not to mention conversions but I did not receive even one.  I contacted E Target Media and they say that they definitely sent the email and that conversions are not guaranteed. 

I understand that conversions are not guaranteed but I have a really hard time believing that 50,000 people, who opted in and were interested in the topic, received this email and not one of them clicked on the link to find out more about it.  I am very disappointed in these results.
