Hired Michael with Eclispe Restoration, to clean up some water in our basement, keep in mind there was 1/2" of water in a 400 sq ft area---
Michael decided to bring a pressure washer in to "wash and sanitize" the concrete floor, in addition to running his fans for 5 days.
Claimed he had 3 guys in the job and they used 100 pairs of gloves, tried to invoice almost $9,000 for the work then said if we drill a small hole in the bottom of the water heater he can get the insurance company to pay for it all as if the water heater failed........
Needless to say i didnt pay him

I’m not going to get into an argument over the internet with you so I’m only going to ask you once to please remove this post. Despite being woefully inaccurate, you never filed an insurance claim. Insurance fraud would require filing a claim, as you know, and any adjuster would have seen the water entering through all the patches on the wall which would have potentially voided any insurance coverage for a claim. Finally the job was performed back in July and yet you posted this on September 1st a day after our professional relationship ended.
