My son lost his SS Card in an accident so I was searching the internet how to replace the card. This sight was came up as "Social Security Administration". I clicked on it and it had the option to "find out if you qualify to apply online".

I filled out the form and gave credit card information. When I submitted the information, the confirmation page had a disclaimer that they were not affiliated with the Social Security Administration. I have sent a request to reimburse the fee.
