This man and his company are the defintion of shady scumlords. We should of known from the initial move in that something was not right. Before we even signed the contract , Eli called us mutiple times to remind us "Hey come sign the contract. These spots are going fast." No leasing office harasses someone ot come in and sign a contract unless they are desperate. And Eli is desperate. Before offiically signing, he reassured us that we would have pest control and our lease also states that. Since moving in, we have only had pest control come out once. 

We have baby roaches and full grown roaches everywhere. His company has only came out once to spray and the other times, they would just show up without any notice. I have many emails to the leasing office about the issue but they simply don't care. they just want to fill these apartments up. He is incompetent and a weasel. He also likes to add on fees and deducts our rent to cover whatever "fees" he has came up with.
