I purchased Elite Eye Cream from this company on 8/28/09. They charged my PayPal account $98.00 on that date, but they never delivered the product. There is no one at the company to contact.
As they don't answer their phone or respond to e-mails, all my many attempts at reaching them have failed. A recorded phone message will tell you that you've reached Elite. The caller is then put on hold and, after about five minutes, is disconnected.
Be warned. These people are crooks. Do not do business with Elite Creams, Inc.

It is true that the company promptly refunded my money today. The lesson I learned in all this was that the best way to get through to them is by e-mail. Phone calls to their customer service number went unanswered and I thought I had been scammed. But they refunded my money and now everybody's happy. (I hope.) :)

Although we admit we went through about 2 weeks of intermittent phone problems, due to EXTREME call volume after one of our products won a major International skin care award, we ALWAYS answer email within a matter of hours and normally minutes. This customer never attempted to email us. In August we were sending products out via USPS (we have now moved to FedEx), and when you are sending 500-1000 orders out per day through the post office, a couple might slip through the cracks. She emailed us for the FIRST TIME yesterday evening and we replied back first thing today with the following (notice that she uses a FAKE NAME for this not-so-credible complaint):
