Emerson Vacutrim Do not stand behind their products Internet

purchased a beard trimmer. just past the warranty period the cheap plastic trim length guide broke.  when I called to order and pay for a replacement I was told that because it was past warranty they would not sell or send me a replacement.  I asked what I can do and the woman said she didn't know. I asked if I would just have to through the product away due to the defective cheap small plastic part and she said, "I guess so".

terrible customer service and product support.  buy elsewhere!!!
