When ordering on emery cat website, there is no reviewing order, no option to modify, or correct.When contacting company at first available time -for them, you cannot modify or cancel order. What I thought was an order placed for one turned into four, all with seperate shipping and handling! Their customer service was NO HELP, and with my bank's involvement, still could not get full refund. This is a classic case of deceit and theft.
