EMJA Planning - Ebony Mcgee Andersen City of Commerce - Disgusting Application Process

The City of Commerce hired Ebony to prepare and administer the commerical cannabis applications for the city.

When it came down to the acutal City Council meeting to determine who will move onto the next phase of the application, the city went over the results that were provided by Ebony (and her team) and it became apparent that the way she created the application process was a complete mess. 

Her grading and scoring system was completely arbitrary and as a result - applicants who had no location received higher marks (and subsequently moved on the application process) than those who did not have even have a location!

At the City Council meeting, tensions ran very high as it became apparent to all the applications that Ebony and her company, EMJA Planning had no idea what they were doing and there was significant back door dealings.

After doing further research on Ebony, I found that she is a beauty consultant and sold beauty supplies. She has no business consulting cities and should keep her professional career to selling lipstick.
