I'm a physician who was scheduled for courses through Empire Medical Training in Austin in October. These courses were cancelled by Empire with the promise to help reschedule, etc. I 'm having trouble getting any help from the folks there at Empire. They promise all kinds of things, i.e., mailing materials, personal consultations, getting me to courses, but have yet to deliver on any of their promises. Meawhile, I have a bill on my VISA.
