OF COURSE THEY RIP US OFF...THAT'S WHY HUD LABELED THEM PREDATORY AND THAT IS WHY BANKAMERICA SOLD THEM!

THE SAME THINGS ARE HAPPENING TO ME IN WV.....LATE FEES, AND UNAPPLIED PAYMENTS, ETC.
