My elderly uncle lives in Sac, CA and went to Eric Cameron, Farmers Insurance for help and advice. This Mr. Cameron gave him the run a round, refused to help and left an elderly man with no way to help himself. All our family lives in out of state and it was very frsutrating for us to hear how difficult this insurance guy was. Thanks for nothing Eric Cameron.

In response to this report alleged that we were rude to an elderly man here in Sacramento seems completely out of the ordinary. In fact, we have always treated our clients with the upmost respect and have never had a complaint filed in more than 30 years. I would encourage the author of this report to contact me directly and identify the problem that was encountered. This certainly is not understood as we have never spoken with an individual from Florida about an elderly Uncle in Sacramento let alone shown any fashion of rudeness to anyone.
