Eva Rivera-Hallal Tina M Hallal Matthew W Richards Crooks, Criminals and Sex Offenders Indianapolis Indiana

I am writing this in hopes to warn people of these 3 crooked and devious individuals. 

Eva Rivera-Hallal, her sister Tina Matthews ( Hallal) and her husband, Matthew W Richards. A simple websearch of their names will turn up many hits with things like bankruptcy filings, lawsuits and in Matthew Richard's case, criminal charges for many things including pedophila. Yes, he is a sex criminal and these 2 are his business partners. You have to ask yourself about the mentality of people who would associate with and marry a convicted sex offender, but these are not normal and moral people we are dealing with. They are devoid of basic morals and ethics.

Wherever they go, whatever they do, they leave a trail of theft, fraud and problems. Eva is a fake real estate agent who has filed for bankruptcy after stealing and ripping people off with her fake company called Phoenicia Limited Partnership.

Her sister Tina has been sued numerous times  and also filed for bankruptcy to try and evade her debts. Her husband. Matthew W Richards was convicted back in 2000 of commiting a sex crime against a minor , as well as numerous other crimes. I will post the picture proof from the Indiana sex offender database.
