I Am living in Edmonton Alberta and I saw the ripoff report about Walter Vasquez I am still waiting after 2 years for Walter Vasquez to finish the work at my house. I find out that he moved to BC and still is doing the same scams: Asking deposits and not finish the job. We are suiting him but is very hard to serve papers to him. At his point, I think we will give up.
