Bad E-Bay seller! Purchased a new Kirby Vacuum, they shipped a defective one. Made me pay for shipping to return the defective unit (Bad Motor) They agreed in writing to reimburse cost of shipping, never sent reimbursement as promised. Buyer beware, they make promises in writing and do not perform. Do not recommend doing business with these people!!
