Any legal, and respectful "novelty" ID service wouldnt ask for a wire transfer, which is hard if not impossible to trace once completed

AUTHOR: Nikki - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 06, 2005

Not all fake IDs come with little hearts or whatever else you said they come with. A bartender friend of mine was arrested for serving a minor because the guy at the door couldnt tell the difference. Since then the bar has purchased a device that you have to scan the ID like a credit card, and the birthday pops up with a green check or red X. Not all places have these, and people who use fakes can get other people in serious trouble by flashing one. There are also signs up in the bars that will prosecute people with a fake ID, and they glued a few fakes that have been taken and destroyed, so it happens more than people think.

If all IDs were for novely use, came with names like Mickey Mouse, Smokey the Bear, and whatever other character thats obviously not real, then that would be a different story, but they dont. I may have shown a little more compassion had the original poster stated thats what he intended to use it for, but I still do not see where anything a person provides with their picture and someone elses information is legal.

My friend had to go to court to try and clear his name, but do you think they did anything to the kid who started all of this? Probably not. (The kid was involved in an intoxicated fight and took it outside, he damaged the door to the bar in the scuffle. He accidently dropped his wallet with his fake in it while fighting and took off when he saw the police down the street. Police advised it was a fake after they asked the bartender if he served him. He said yes. They found the kid down the street, confirmed his age was 17, and arrested my friend for serving a minor. I dont know what happened after that with the kid, but since he was a minor he was probably released to his mommy with a "dont do it again" slap on the wrist.)

Any legal, and respectful "novelty" ID service wouldnt ask for a wire transfer, which is hard if not impossible to trace once completed, and that should of thrown up the red flags. Someone who has $115 for a novelty ID obviously has more time and money on their hands than I do.

Easily Seen As Fake!

AUTHOR: Maxwell - (U.S.A.)

To The Person Who Said This Is Karma,

If you look closely you will see that these fake Ids have little red hearts and other characteristics that show that they are fake. There's nothing a person can do with these except enjoy the novelty. Next time, be more meticulous in your observations and more simpathetic in your responses.

Karma What do you need a fake ID for

AUTHOR: Nikki - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, June 05, 2005

This is about the 4th time Ive seen a post about a fake ID. What do you need a fake ID for that is legal? If you were to use it for illegal purposes, which Im sure you were, I think the situation is funny. Whatever business you were going to screw with that ID had a funny way of coming back around. You paid $115 for a fake ID which is illegal, and karma my dear, is a funny thing.
