ORDER# DQP73860\ The product advertised was not what was delivered. The product sent was a cheap plastic feeder shipped in a plastic envelop that cause plastic tube crushed that rendered it useless to use.

Purely this is a case of pure fraud and request a credit of $19.99 CREDIT be issued to me.

The company should be punished by not allowing them to advertise future products on public media.
