*Consumer Comment: I'm Impressed!
We brought a Ford diseal truck from Chuck he calmed it was a sound truck he had it hooked to battery chargers when we arrived he said it was just from sitting and the truck was sound we werent able to drive it the first day we went down bc he needed to put tie rod ends on it so he promised to have it fixed in 3 days.
My 17 old son got a 10,000 dollar loan for this truck and we drove it to Siloam Springs where we had to have it jump started, Chuck has not answered his phone since we left his lot with it.
the truck has a direct short and has not ran since the day we got it home

First of, it's "SALES" and not "sale". That's common sense! How does a 17 year old get a 10k loan? Interesting. What does the warranty say? If he bought it "As Is" did he read the disclosure sheet which very clearly states there is NO FREE WARRANTY SERVICE! This is NOT a case of a "direct short".
If there was a direct short, the truck would have gone up in smoke by now! It's an OPEN CIRCUIT or the case of a bad starter or selenoid and even bad connections. That's a huge difference from a "direct short". Don't bother wasting your time. I'll tell you right now, Indobt work for them.
