took my Ford for a change in May. all the oil recently leaked out. The Ford delaer said they did not tighten the filter enough. "Eddie" the manageer stonewalled and said he would only give me a free oil change NOT pay for repairs or my rental car. Thank G-d the engine did not seize up. I am going to small claims court!!
