Ordered software in August; correct software attempted 3 times with company assistance--unable to load. Provided 2 more codes--still didn't work on my mac. Jack Wood--stated--they would provide refund--still haven't received it.

Their help screen--takes a person nowhere; no one responds to the emails nor the chats. They do not have a USA number for customer service? Frustration--all the way around!
