Mr. Festus Lawrence listed a house listed as 200 Ruby Lane, Gastonia, NC. The problem being - the house is not his to rent! He demands money be wired to him via Western Union stating that he has been having issues with his bank. He also wants to know how many minutes it will be until you wire the funds.

Mr. Lawrence claims to be on a mission trip and that is why he is renting the house. As a result, 'he doesn't have anyway of showing the house.' However, if you send him a deposit he will send you the keys and contract.
