I signed up for Fiber Locity webhosting on July 17, 2002 and immediately received a confirmation message stating that the site would be set up within 24 hours, (not the 15 minutes they promised) I've emailed every day since then. It is now July 23rd and I haven't heard from them, and Fiberlocity.com is no longer online! Luckily, my web site is still on it's original host and has not been off line.

Have you tried to contact with the registrant of this site?
Amburg, Igor
igor@fiberlocity.com
1500 Chippewa Trail, Suite 2F
Wheeling, IL 60090

If you paid with your credit card, request a charge back through your credit card company.
(Usually they are on the costumer's site if the other party disappears...)

Something more. Maybe a report to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center? (5 minutes...)
