This company and in particular its Director have a long history of being extremely unethical.I have found after considerable research that there are dozens of legal cases against this organisation. In addition there is a serious question mark about the service that this company says that it offers. Please use extreme caution. Good Luck

Stung by the franchise

AUTHOR: Victimofetyres - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 23, 2009

I totally agree with you, the staff are terrible specially katherine, will try to bully you to accept jobs well out of your designated area, if you do not accept they will hold your jobs back. I lost alot of money going into a franchise with etyres. Please if you are interested get the contract read by a legal specialist, you will find it is in favour of the franchiser, he has you by your (you know what). it will take me a long time to recover my money, they will say look at our luton franchise they have five vans, they wont tell you that they have access to three or four suppliers within 10 miles of the franchise. If you havent got a local tyre supplier forget it. waste of time.

POSTED: Friday, August 21, 2009

Hi, I was actually looking at buying a franchise of etyres.

Could Mirza Dulull, Pete & Mr M White get in touch please. I'd like to hear more about your experience with etyres as employee and franchisee.

My contact e-mail is dwwillowsinthewind@googlemail.com

Many thanks,

Mirza Dulull is right

AUTHOR: Mr M White - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Sunday, March 15, 2009

I used to work in the E-Tyres head office. Mirza was a hard worker, he used to manage his off license in Watford and run 2 van for e-tyres.

There have been a number of court case against E-tyres. I lost my job for sticking up with anther ex- franchise.

Look on the net for "problem on e-tyres"...

POSTED: Monday, September 29, 2008

the report was posted by mirza dulull who is an ex-franchisee of this company. his franchise agreement was terminated because of his persistant dishonesty and bad customer service. etyres is a successful and customer caring company with tens of thousands of happy and satisfied customers and a growing network of successful franchisees. many of whom have invested again by buying additional territories. no legal action whatsoever exists with any person or company. mirza dulull's claims are pure fantasy

etyres reply to Mirza

AUTHOR: Customer Service - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Friday, September 26, 2008

Mirza was our franchisee in North London. We terminated his franchise agreement because of persistant dishonesty and poor customer service. His claims about our company are completely untrue. He now sits in his bedroom and writes about us on the Internet. How sad is that?

Etyres - cheap prices, but poor quality service

AUTHOR: Pete - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 10, 2008

I used to work in an etyres van, but thankfully not any longer.

Anyone who thinks that a van fitted with a hand-cracked wheel balancer is a substitute for a proper balancing machine is in for a shock.

The slightest vibration or gust of wind can throw the whole calibration off.

Don't take my word for it - GOOGLE IT yourself.

An unbalanced wheel will literally shake a car to pieces.

I always found that the biggest complaint about etyres, apart from the "turning up late" due to heavy traffic or the previous job over-running, was the poor wheel-balancing jobs.

Some of the fitters were good, others not so good, but as it is a franchise operation, anyone with cash can apply for an area, regardless of experience.

Best advice I can offer is to either find some one in YOUR area who has used them and is willing to vouch for the particular franchisee, or better still use a proper tyre fitting service.

Badly fitted tyres and unbalanced wheels can cost you more than just your car.

Untrue report

AUTHOR: Customer Service - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Monday, July 21, 2008

The report is completely untrue. It was filed by a disgruntled ex-franchisee who was terminated for dishonesty. This person commenced a legal action but it was immediately and completely rejected by the Court. No other legal actions whatsoever are outstanding against our company.

We are very proud of our excellent record of customer service
