I ordered the battery operated trimmer & it was said to have shipped on 12/08/2020. As of today, 05/26/2021. I have emailed them numerous times and have gotten no response. I paid for purchase with a prepaid card that had a 02/2021 exp date, therefore I didn't know if I had any recourse with them as with my regular credit card.
