 If you check their website, they tell you IN ADVANCE they have ZERO INTEGRITY and ZERO HONESTY! This is still another typical example of the slime and pond scum which populates the Sleazy American Car Business. They tell you how they play the BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY FEE con-game. That mainstay of this SLEAZY business works like this: They LIE to you about the price of the car and make up the difference with a FAKE FEE which is given an official sounding name for PURE DECEPTION purposes. Some places will give this BOGUS FEE an unusual amount so as to further DECEIVE the customer into thinking it's actually legitimate, when EVERYBODY in the business knows it is NOT. For example, $897.54 sounds more legitimate than $898, right? When cornered, the stench coated dealer will say "we make full disclosure" or "we have expenses"! A guy coming into the c-store wearing a mask makes full disclosure and Walmart, for example, has expenses too. Does Walmart add a "processing fee"? There is no other sector of retail which has so much FRAUD and DECEPTION like the Sleazy Car Business! I hope you didn't reward this walking stench by purchasing a car there! While you're at it, also stay away from any Greenway store or Napleton store. Both chains are equally well known among their peers and regulators to be stinking so badly from their deception, the Feds will need to condemn the city blocks they are on to clean up the very obvious smell!
