I hired Frank Petro to fix damaged plastic on the left rear side of my Cadillac XT5. He was here for about an hour and I paid him by check, no receipt for the work done. A week later I see that the plastic was dull from something he used on it.

Also there was still more damage to the plastic. I texted him a picture and emailed as well. He has never responded.
