Par for the course for these crooks!

If you were only billed once or twice you were lucky. I did one thing, once. I signed up for one free trial on one site and they billed me for 11 months. Some months they billed me for as many as three different sites. Their charges come up under strange names on your credit card statement that you would not recognize like "PayCom" or "IBill" or "ISP Fee". I am sure this is illegal and I wonder how many millions of dollars they are milking out of innocent consumers each year through this scam? Isn't there anything we can do to stop them?
