Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Carpet installer showed up at the house and 1 brand was chosen and deposit was made at that time . 5 days later his installers showed up with inferior quality carpet . Job was immediatley stopped and vendor was called who said it would be the cheap carpet or nothing. When I asked for my money back he said no. Vendor is being sued for treble damages for delaying the job and ripping off other consumers as well. He is currently being sued in dallas county by 2 other customers using the same tactic.
