This company claimed to be a professional naming company. They were to create a name for my company. Instead they sent me a bunch of names that didn't even make sense and couldn't be pronouned. When I complained they sent me more names that were so long that I again could not use.

I constantly had to email them to provide examples of what I was seeking but instead received complete opposite.

This is not a professional company. It is very elementary.

I requested half of my money back but they refused.
