I called at night and left a message with name and number. no call back. I called today starting at 1:30. I just left the phone on speaker. At 2:45 I go in touch with a rep. I cancelled future shipments. but after seeing what other people have gone through with this company I worry if they will still charge me. Let you know if they do.
