Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
They refused treatment or medical service of any kind.
On Feb 13th 0f 2001 I became injured on the job for a Company called Hot Services I whent aprox three months with no medical treatment. Gallagher Bassett Claims rep stated the company Hot Services was not on there list of insured clients,in realizing that by my self I could not get any HELP I hired a Lawyer and bingo they magicly found the policy, but even after that they have been very unpridictble and never on time with any of there
obligations to me mandated to them by law.
How can they get away with this is there anything we can do,
You know, a swift kick in the a*s pherhaps

I too have been denied proper medical treatment under this insurance company. I have had several BRC's they went as far as to tell my injury was fake, only a stained back when my doctors says i have a disk problem!!! I have been off work since 3-18-03 and they are only willing to pay me for seven weeeks. I did have a lawyer whom seemed to be familiar with these folk, and evidently they were familar with him to make a long story short i think he was a sell out. But I refuse to give up and they will compensate me through worker's compensation or in a civil court.
