He lives in a mobile home park with plenty of seniors to "scam" !!

This person damaged my furrniture when I hired him to move it, I have a court order and judgement against him in Superior Court of Riverside County. He has refused to pay the judgement which was based on documented proof to the court and the judge awarded a judgement which he refused to pay
