Anyone looking for support can do better! They charge people monthly fees and then $99 per hour if they send someone to the site. They charge for full hours even if only a few minutes over are worked. They offer techs Way less than that and then do everything they can to not pay the techs.

They are refusing to pay me for the time I spent. They do not have the tools, software, or general knowledge to actually offer real support to anyone. They cheated me. They'll apparently steal from whoever they can. No ethics here!
