General Warehouse Products, Terrill "Terry" Stewart Thief, Evasive, Dishonest, Scam, Scammer, Illegitimate, Liar Rialto California

We ordered $28,500 worth of pallet racks from General Warehouse Products. Per the agreement made with Terrill "Terry" Stewart, owner of General Warehouse Products, we paid a deposit of $9500. Racking should have been delivered to the job site no later than 2 weeks later.

2 weeks after paying the deposit Terry of GWP calls and says that the racks will arrive in 2 weeks. When the racks do not arrive we begin calling and leaving messages, but Terry never responds. When we do finally get a hold of him (because one of his workers gave us his cell number) he says "If something comes in today we will pay you otherwise it will be mid next week" To this day, 7 months later, I have not got a penny back and Terry refuses to answer our calls. 

We even went as far as making payment arrangements, but he has refused to make an attempt to pay back the money. We never even got the racking we ordered. i was forced to order them from another company.
