Genilde Guerra, Law Firm Of Kravitz & Guerra Wrong information and wasting of money Miami Florida

My friend found my name on this cite and I thought that it was unfair. I worked for the Law office of Kravitz & Guerra, and then I moved on. I did not witness Ms. Guerra's interactions with clients because she made initial contact with the clients and I would perform the work thereafter. Ms. Guerra could have addressed me directly if she thought that I was leaving negative comments about her that were unwarranted; I would have given her that consideration as a professional. I have nothing to gain from involving myself in these games.

She is an amazingly, properly, ethical and intelligent.

She has an outstanding legal mind. She is familiar with all spectrums of the law including international transactions and Real Estate law. Kravitz and Guerra law firm is the best law firm of the country. I highly recommended.

The person who made the above report must be very bitter for not being able to be part of a Great legal Team. It is expceted that Ms. Guerra would eliminate anyone in her team who is not of the same level of competence that she commands from her lawyers.

Besides, whatever she is telling in the above report is impossible to have happened. Ms. Guerra's office has several layers of checking point on every case. Even if one lawyer was not paying attention things would have been fixed by the next checking point. Impossible to not have a perfect case after 5 person have checked the same case before goes out.

More over. THEY DO NOT CHARGE by HOUR. They CHARGE by what they do. Clients are comfortable and happy. They pay for what they are getting and not for a lawyer learn on the case like many other law firms.

I am sure the fired person is bitter, but ...... it was for the benefit of all the clients and other employees.

Genilde Guerra is the managing partner. She rarely sees clients. However, she makes sure that she hires and keeps only the best. She has people working for her for more than 15 years. Many more than 10. She is glamorous and many people like to hang out in with her, but she will not tolerate incompetency.

In the office, she is an effective leader. which is obviously that this report was made by someone incompetent who could not be part of the Office Team. We know that many people lie in their resumes and their credential, but as an office there is no space for those envious and incompetent people. Ms. Guerra is responsible to the clients, to her employees and to society. She cannot keep inefficient / incompetent people.

Shobha Nagaprasanna has file unemployment compensation after voluntarily quit her job with the firm to have some time off to study for a test (CPA exam)

Ms. Guerra, who is an extremely ethical person disagree with the fraudulent claim from Ms. Nagaprasanna and has contested the fraudulent/ unethical filing. LT Case No 08-01383 at 3rd DCA Case No. 3D08-1501.

Every time that Ms. Nagaprasanna gets a court order Ms. Guerra is attacked in again fraudulent means like this one. However, Ms. Guerra's position is that the system must be used as for its intent and not for an unethical person be on vacation and receive Unemployment compensation.

Ms. Guerra, has a great ethical and a great reputation and the fraudulent comments from Ms. Nagaprasanna does not going to affect much less to stop her from continue to apply justice with the system.
