There is really no point in arguing or reasoning with a person who refuses to identify themself. The complainant has not responded to any of my points which only proves this person cannot help but spew irrational and unbridled anger. Our law office has serviced tens of thousands of very satisfied clients with no negativety whatsoever. I guess we failed with this one individual.

Before anyone makes a judgment about me or my firm I would urge you to speak with me directly and find out for yourself how wonderful we are and the thousands of client references we can happily give who would all vehmently refute the false claims made by this disgruntled former client.   

Unfourtanly this is the typical response of a law firm that knows they are guilty and do crappy legal work (and that is even being polite) they have a reputation of outright lieing and not knowing the actual law which in effect gets alot of case dismissed with prejuidice, This law Firm is a black eye on the legal profession!!! 

 I am the owner of this law firm. This individual whose name is not even identified sounds like a disgruntled "angry" person who no matter what you do can never be satisfied. First, we never call clients the day before to show up to court. It is our office policy to send our clients a letter well in advance about any upcoming court or deposition dates. We call the client the day before as a polite reminder in case they forgot about their required court appearance. Second, no one in my office has ever been to Aruba (including myself) so I question the integrity of this so-called complainant who states that one of our staff was in Aruba when he was stranded in court. Third, often times Judges may on application of opposing attorneys adjourn a court hearing, etc. We cannot control this although we do everything in our power to push the hearing to go forward. I welcome any prospective client to call me or any of our wonderful staff to discuss their case and concerns.
