This company likely only has a strong financial rating because it collects premiums but seeks any excuse possible to deny a covered loss. My insurance agent recommended this company because of price. Hindsight being 20/20 I now see that was the only positive in dealing with them. Extremely slow response, horrible communication, never returned any phone calls, and ultimately denied a covered claim should have been paid without any hesitation. Stay as far away from them as possible!
