Mario Estrada Manager of Gigante Mortgage provided us with a signed letter stating what our cost would be $11,800 however when we received the final ck we were approx $5,400 short. I have made various attempts to resolve this matter with him however his only answer seems to be it is what it is. I have also requested that he provides me with the owners' information which he also refuses to give.
