I just got done dealing with this lawyer, or so called lawyer, who acts as if he received his degree from a Cracker Jack box. Come to find out, he has numerous lawsuits filed against him due to his unethical practices, there is more lawsuits to come as well; research him. This man has dropped cases and also has jumped into other cases that aren't even his. He is on record for making false reports as well. Majority of the Judges in collin County cannot stand the man, which if he is your defense lawyer - GOOD LUCK! A word from the fool who didn't research him prior to obtaining him, "Please do your research on this man"!!!!!

I am familiar with the individual who filed this report. He has multiple felony convictions and I ceased representation of him in October 2009.The allegations simply are not correct. I have been practicing law for twenty years. I am board certified in criminal trial law and work very hard to represent my clients. This is a tough profession and yes clients can end up unhappy. The attorney does not get to make the facts and clients are not always pleased.
