Do not work for this company!  They promise you a rate then run up the hours you are onsite because of their lack of HD knowledge!

Then they try to blame you for their inadaquate knowledge and do not pay you the correct amount you are due!

I read your report and I understand that your pretty upset over how you were treated, but your unprofessionalism and failure to follow clear instructions while on a job with this company is what lead to your down fall.   You were paid for the time you did work but from my understand you tried to clock in when you werent even on site.

I took a job from Workmarket for you GGE/Velocity.  The first time it was to be the body onsite while you did the cutover at Extended Stay in Pensacola.  The first time onsite we could not get anything accomplished because Windstreams interface was not configured correctly (By the way, your tech did not even have the knowledge to bypass winstreams NID to verify 20/20; I had to do that also after I suggested it first),  so you posted a new WO for a meet and greet with Windstream.  I took it and planned to be onsite for 2 hours which is ALL the WO was advertised for (Now I can understand sometime running over the two hours limit even going past 4 hours, but the tech WENT TO LUNCH!). The first thing wrong was you had me arrive at 0800, but the windstream tech was not scheduled until 0900.  I called in and was told to wait( and your tech Knew of the Windstream schedule), no problem.  The winstream tech arrived and configured his box.  I verified it with my laptop and he left.  Your tech spent the next 2.5 hours trying to get your box Vband configured!  He could not get it configured and for the third time told me he would call me back.

After about 25 minutes I called the HD back and was informed thet he had GONE TO LUNCH!  What?  So I told the operator (he obviously was not a tech) I needed someone to get this configured.  I had already been onsite 4.25 hours and needed to go as I had other calls I COULD NOT MISS!  Remember this is almost 5 hours on a TWO hour call.  Anyway he finally got me in touch with some "Supervisor" that could not config the Vband and was reading from a script and could not even revert the system back to the original configuration.  After about 15 minutes I suggested trying something and he said ok.  I did , it worked and he released me.  I did offer to come back after My HARD START appointment but he said they would reschedule it. 

Well guess what , they DID reschedule it.  With ME!  I went back onsite and set up my laptop and was ready to assisit.  Well the HD tech told me after two hours that he did not have the correct settings from windstream to adequately configure the Vband and released me.  Hmm you would think this would have been figured out before My THIRD trip!

This Third trip PROVES that I was in the right!  If this company did not like my performance they would NOT have sent me out there again!  Well after this they paid the first and third visits but made up all kinds of "BS" to not pay me the full amount of the middle ticket!  Basically they ripped me off for $145 dollars!

Well I am not finished with them yet.  I do know florida law and I am about to invoice Extended Stay for my time onsite.

By the way Workmarket is not helping me enforce this either so use them at your own risk!

Even If I were dumb as a post, the WO was for me only to Assisit.

This is Purely an Attempt at GGE/Velocity trying to minimize their loss on this project due to their HD's inadequacies!

I am well connected nation wide as I am a true Professional with an unblemished record for more than 20 years.

You GGE/Velocity on the other hand are about to outed to every Blog I can find!  I will NEVER work for you again unless you get rid of the 'techs' (and I use that word loosley) that have caused this debacle.  I wont mention their name here but you now have enough information to track this call and contact me to correct this issue.

I am sure I will not get a call you GGE/Velocity have no Integrity or Ethics!

The sad thing about it is this comapny had integrity a few years ago!   Of course I never hear from Greg, Brock or Guy C. anymore.  They have moved on or over.  If any of them are still associated with this company they better tighten it up and fast.

There is no factual information that can be derived from your report. We dispatch to 100s of sites a day and with out knowing the case information for this site we are not able to follow up with this situation and be of some assistance. There is reasons for not paying techs 100% for the work performed, such as the work order specifically stating that a laptop is needed and a tech not showing up with one. We have had to remove intoxicated techs from sites, the list goes on. If you contact us directly with the information of the job performed we could review the situation and ensure things are made right if you have facts to back up your claims.
