account was debited 11-29-02 have not recieved anything for my 221.00 as of 2-19-03. when i called for info as to why the customer service rep hung up on me. when i tried to call back the number remained busy 1-866-411-4466. i have called numerous times only to be told my package was in the mail.i want my money back
