Gold Standard Moving and Storage is a broker, we hired them as extra protection against exactly what happened to us and they did nothing.
They hired a company called Virgin Moving and Storage for us to move our stuff. The company they hired on our behalf was a convict and a failed BBB company with a russian con man named David Kahonim at the helm. Our stuff is all stolen.
Gold Standard could care less, they took our money and now they dont respond, update us or work for us on our behalf to retrieve our entire life. Everything was stolen even every single toy from a 6 year old girl.
When we call, you sit on hold for over an hour and then when you get upset they hang up. They also push your move dates back and back and back for over a month then just don't respond to you whatsovever.
RIPOFF COMPANY!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, you have been totally warned.
