The internet seems flooded with phony endorsement and reviews of GOLO. After moderated diet and 90 days on Golo pills there was no change. Dr. Ablo seems to be engaged with hucksterism by over-promoting Golo. Not everyone can expect to benefit by any particular mean, but Golo is totally useless except perhaps as a placebo.
