Ann Wharton (302-565-2878) contacted our company owner with an offer for a guaranteed, non-competitve 5 year government contracts. When I called back for the details, our company was disqualified since we are not on the GSA schedule, which is not true.

I am not sure what changed between calls, but beware of this scam. Government contracts are already non-competitive and initially for 5 years.
