I ordered a simple pest control device for my yard that only cost $21. That was a MONTH ago. I've never heard back from these people.
I have opened up a PayPal dispute. I've sent emails. I called...but their phones do not answer and when they do, it is just a series of beeps and clicks.
Beware of this company.
They want your MONEY, not your BUSINESS

We are sorry for the delays in shipping, the pest control products spoken of are in high demand this time of year, and at times we have trouble keeping them in stock. But all products are shipped once they are in stock, or refunds are granted if requested via e-mail. We do not rip-off anyone. Our products are priced below our competitors, and we do not always man the phones, as this is more overhead, that would cause us to raise our prices. We email customers about delays, we do not phone them, sorry but we are an internet based company. Again we are sorry about the delays in shipping, and we hope that our inventory will remain positive, as to not delay shipping again, any time soon.
