I 'won' a 'free item' after an ebay customer satisfaction survey, It required 2.97usd for shipping and handling. Next thing I know. I had about 57.61 unauthorized debit overdrawn from my checking account. They refuse to give me a refund for something that was never sent to my home and I never got and don't want.
